About Koepke Auto
Koepke Auto was started by Nick Koepke in May, 2006. His idea for car repair/maintenance was fresh and simple:
- Provide great customer service.
- Keep automotive repair efficient and effective.
- Combine affordable rates with transparency and honesty.
Today, Koepke Auto is family-owned by Nick and his wife Jaime. He manages all aspects of customer service, including scheduling, diagnosing car problems and making repairs. She serves as the office manager, tracking finances, paying bills and promoting the business.
Nick and Jaime take great pride in the services they provide, going above and beyond traditional auto shops. They communicate extensively with customers before performing work and immediately address all questions or concerns. Koepke Auto never over-sells or over-promotes products and services. Customers are always treated with respect and given forthright information about their vehicles.
This solid work ethic is paired with professional and credible automotive qualifications. Nick graduated from a GM ASEP accredited program at Owens Community College with an Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology. He is also a Michigan Master Certified Automotive and Motorcycle Technician.
Koepke Auto is ASE certified, and Nick participates in ongoing seminar and conference training modules for automotive repair. As a result of its commitment to customer service and ethical business practices, Koepke Auto received the 2007 award for Top 20 Most Successful Businesses from the Northwest Ohio/Southeast Michigan chapter of SCORE.
